Special Prosecutor's Committee launches investigation into the 2006 mass arrests of opposition activists and illegal conviction of 14 political activists in a case dubbed as "Giorgadze case"  following new evidence and testimonies of former Interior Ministry operatives  confessing to planting incriminating evidence.
